HTML/CSS: Although I am not a designer, I like to write nice clean HTML, which is made quick to download and easy to update by sensible use of CSS style sheets, and reuse of code and design elements where appropriate.

JAVA: I have been involved in the development of a java swing desktop application, and of a java servlet/xml based e-procurement system.

DATABASES: Are one of my favourite things. At present I mainly use MySQL for simple websites, but also have a lot of experience using PostgreSQL on a higher traffic website. I also work with MS Access if pushed.

PHP: PHP is my current favourite web scripting language. As well as basic website CMS's, I have developed applications such as a decision making tool, and worked with PHP's socket functions.

Coldfusion: I am learning to use ColdFusion.

ASP: I have worked with ASP on many small website content management systems.

XML: I have used XML in conjunction with DTDs and XSLTC for data transfer and manipulation. I have also worked with FOP to produce PDF documents from XML data.
